What changes have I experienced and how have I improved with my physical being?
Backstory
In late 2012 I was diagnosed with the Gout, and shortly after that I moved to another city to start a new job. I didn't make the biggest or best changes with my life regarding my health, and proceeded to experience on-and-off pain since. After the COVID lockdowns in 2020 and being laid off, I had hit around 300 lbs. in weight, and I decided enough was enough, and spent the next year dropping 70 lbs. Since then, I've plateaued at that weight, though I am stronger now than I was then. This is where I plan on documenting my progress.
Progress Update December 02, 2024: I forgot to weigh in today but I'll try and get it in tomorrow. I haven't been back to the gym for a bit here again, and I'm currently 'detoxing' off of ibuprofen successfully, though we'll see how I feel after a full days sleep tomorrow, as I'm on nights right now for this and next week.
Progress Update November 26, 2024: I weighed in this week at 234 lbs, but I have not yet gone to the gym. I let Monday get the best of me, and I hope to resolve that tomorrow. My workouts will be divvied up rather than going all in, full body every gym day.
